If God is a squirrel I am well and truly going to be on first name terms with him downstairs after the several thousand I've given heavy metal poisoning.

Plus, how else would you even heavy metal poison a squirrel ?.

I reckon if you caught one and gave it nothing to eat or drink other than Ozzy Osbourne’s piss you’d also succeed.
