What rugged (dumb) phones are people using

I think it was an AGM that I bought, usually use a smartphone but one day in the rain couldn't use the screen at all. Good battery life, waterproof, camera was crap though.

The problem I found was that even asleep and locked up with a PIN if you click the 9 button three times it will dial, which can happen pretty easily in your pocket. Having the emergency services call you back is very embarrassing, I stopped using it straight away.

Cat. Has predictive text, camera, although it's not great, but I have had this 5 years now without issue. I like the fact I can set it to turn off automatically  at night , and on again in the morning.

Battery still lasts well. It's got bluetooth too

Seems the latest CAT phone is the B40

Sounds good, don't know why you'd want an anti bac coating on a phone, and don't think it has predictive text. Shame the battery is only 1800mah, you'd think there would be space for more.

I bought a Sonim XP5 from the States (via Ebay), they are cheap as chips over there as they are pretty common, and if you get a used one there's no duty. They are pretty much unbreakable and waterproof military-grade but more importantly than anything else the sound quality is excellent, I have had several CAT phones and they are very durable but a lot of the time people struggled to hear at the other end. And battery life is super. Or as J said the Ulefone models are pretty good but I still managed to break the screen on mine
