Can I ask why you just don't get out now, you know what's coming?

I was talking to a lady in Suffolk who knows of you through another forum, she was talking of getting out... I don't think there is any shortage of income in her house mind.

I get about lol.

Currently hoping that the C1 D1 C1E D1E work picks up now they seem to have stopped messing with it. Currently upping the car learner work too, but dont want that to be full time. Topped up with a few trailer jobs for company's that understand H&S needs & the occasional private client should see me OK. Once I sort out a suitable tow vehicle I do have loads of processing jobs to catch up on too.

He’s not a school teacher though is he?

Its education in something we are not borne knowing.

Bashing around on the roads with up to 3500kg on the back while doing 60mph is not something we should be able go out and do straight after passing your driving test IMO

We all used to manage somehow though Beau!

I agree with the sentiment though.

Looking back I was a complete liability.

Agreed and there were probably plenty of accidents along the way for some. I was fortunate enough to grow up on a farm so got plenty of practice around the fields from a very young age. Still had a few unwelcome surprises which I might well have avoided with training. I get we dont like paying for training and many may well know 95% of the important stuff but legislation has to cover the lowest denominator and that standard can be pretty low!

Same mate.

Rural background stood me in good stead as well.
