He did have a mate there on the scooter....assume they have done this before...in Reading they advise you use 3 locks, so it takes longer to remove all 3.....more time for police to arrive?

Bit like the moped gangs in central London and too easy for them .police will just give a crime reference number and won’t even follow it up .instead busy handing out fines
