Landlord has now decided to throw in a large deposit requirement as well as double rent.
(For a factory getting demolished…)
Simply can’t afford it.
Still cutting, but no shop to sell from.

No farmers who you could pay in free firewood to use there yard etc?

 

Know  of one who have gone  over to 100% silage done by contractors has multiple big empty sheds all un-used.

Why is he being such a twat? Does he have a better offer or is he just wanting to get started on the conversion?

North wales owner wouldn't be intrested in  as has now sold the whole farm,  so expect it will change,  but thought there must be other similar places around.
