That's a good result but not a good result if you know what I mean, could have told you before you had your sale.

He got a 12 month extension on the planning permission, which he got today.
But hey, I’ll be needing some more stock in a couple of weeks.
Might even get the electrics on for a kiln and lights!

If I recall you had it for a steal first time round? Hopefully the new rate is still reasonable all things considered.

Rent has now doubled and its now £20 a week 😂😂

What’s happened is he rented me an abandoned factory, with years of dumped crap in the yard.
Half the main building had collapsed and it was all full of rubbish and debris.
We reroofed 17 x 16’ roof panels, fixed about 30 holes.
Put glass in every window.
Built a 2 storey gable end to secure the main building.
And that was after spending weeks clearing up.

So if there are any altruistic millionaire property tycoons reading this…
