Good access, but need taking down in bits dues to adjacent building / fence / septic tank.

 

leave all the bigger stuff on site (as it comes down, don’t need it into firewood lengths), chip everything under about 3” and remove.

Too health and vigorous! Too close to the barn and taking over that part of the garden.

Yep, engineer has flagged it needs to come out. 2nd one is also pretty close to the building

One concern would be Bat occupation there , old building near , could be a forage area for them either roosting in building or tree or both ! K

An 'engineer' has flagged it....  OK 😂 sorry, shouldn't laugh but can't help myself!  "Engineers" are wired differently to 'normal' folk.  You'd be much better served getting a reputable arb consultant / decent tree company to have a look at it - unless you just want it gone and that's that.
