just a few pics of a mangled mass of blackthorn,i am subbing for a company,who are working for n/grid

these photos were taken on a farm in hereford[peterchurch]where we are hedge laying and fencing,but before we get to the hedge line we have to clear this lot,this farm is in the golden valley and we are working on very steep terrain,with the snow last week and the rain its pretty tough going

we are cutting out the blackthorn at the bottom and pulling out with chains on a landy 110,but its so thick its very hard to get at the bottom,i have multiple stab wounds

wish me luck for monday

ps.the fella in the distance is aled,he had a bit of a basil fawlty moment in the week and beat up his shogan[it could not get up the hill due to snow,wrong tyres]
