only getting £40 per day

hi guys I'm doing the ND in arbor and part of my course i have to do 240HR of work experience, i have already got my cs30 and 31 so i got a upper hand on some of the others on my course but i got a work placement and he is only paying me £40 a day but i use my own saw and chain oil and petrol and costs me about £15 to get there and back every time i go. does anyone think this is ok or does anyone think i should be getting more???

im doing ND Forestry and i need to do 240 hours work experience, i get paid £5 an hour which works out about £40 a day normally, so in the same boat, im doing what i love though so im not complaining at all, some people work for free to get there 240 hours.

 

Well that explains how such a skinny arb is holding such a whopping great bar! poser! lmao:lol:

 

couple of years in the game and youl "muscle up " lad!

i think you are overpaid :lol:

only joking just put up with it m8 for your training,you got to think how much your going to earn the guy,i'd just bite the bullet & think of the rewards when you pass,its not as if you are going to work for this guy fulltime

& think in the future you might be the one training guys would you pay top bucks to someone on work experience?

dont want to sound harsh but we've all been there,just make sure you do well all the best:thumbup:
