    Agreed, I can see very few clients going to that level of expenditure and research on one tree that an experienced Arborist with mainstream techniques could assess far cheaper and far quicker.

    Are you saying you run without Public Liability Insurance ?? I could see the attraction but it would put a hammer on working for LA and commercial bodies for who it is a pre-requisite.

    Due to recent events I will now not use anyone other than the NFU for my consultancy liability. The ability to be able to pick up a phone to someone and chat an issue through without numerous intermediaries and a foreign call centre is IMO priceless. Plus my local office usually does a excellent deal.
