Nptc certificate wait time

You should have a little pass/feedback form from the assessment centre in A5 too

Yeah got that. Just wasn't sure how useful it was in terms of job applications compared to the actual certificate.

Doesn't make any difference. That a5 feedback sheet is your certificate until the nptc one arrives!

You should have a completed ‘ARAS’ form with the result achieved written on it, given to you by the Assessor on the day.

This is evidence to a potential employer until you certificate arrives.

Exactly that. It serves in place of the official Certificate and ID badge. Ring your training provider and see if it has been sent there.

I told the guys that I assessed just before Christmas it could be up to a month. Some certs would take ages in normal time, Christmas and Covid wont have helped

I spoke  to city and guilds yesturday. they have a back log due to not being able to staff the office properly because of covid. On top of that they couldnt use there office for two weeks , aircon had broken and its part of there covid response. 
you will need to chase your training centre to  chase nptc.

I'm still waiting on some must be nigh on a year now.

Always meant to chase them up but never got round to it.

 

Quite a few companies have asked for the A5 receipt to make sure my tickets are up to date.

Did you get a receipt when you passed your assessment?

City & Guilds won't deal with anyone other than the individual or the training center. I've tried chasing up certs in the past for employees and been told they can only discuss results with the candidate.

 

We've also had assessors forget to send in confirmation that candidates have passed, so no harm chasing it up regardless of Covid/Christmas.
