Hello all, 

I'm clearing my bookshelf of ARB books and have put his one on eBay. It would be nice to know it has gone to a good home. I stopped climbing 5 years ago and it has sat round too long.

A good read , online version in pdf is abt 20squids as a guideprice , as its now out of print . K

I brought this book about 20 years ago and if you are interested in anyway shape or form of all aspects of forestry and tree work this book is a fab read but it’s rather dated now and  I can’t remember how much I paid for it but I know it’s wasn’t cheap then and it may well be a collectors piece now so I wouldn’t be surprised if it sells for 3 figures.

You can buy it for 20 quid. If it goes for more than 30, someone has been had

Tommy, the digital version is 20 quid.

 

I have seen them on eBay for hundreds of dollars.

 

I was lucky, I got my copy from Amazon as a used copy.  13 quid plus delivery.  What turned up was an immaculate hardbacked copy.

I know! They're going for daft money on eBay and Amazon. I got mine from Nod years ago. It was 50 quid and there were very few in the country so I had to pay that (and was happy to as it's a great book)

 

Since then, it's been digitised and for 20 quid you can get it. No disrespect for the OP, I hope he does well, and I'm sure he will, but paying 3 figures for a book you can buy for 20 is the sign of a lunatic!

I have a soft back one . If you want to learn to " flush cut " its the book for you ! 👍
