Recently needed a big saw but waiting for the new 395 replacement to be released so tried one of these farmertec 660 clone saws as it was cheap so far so good has anyone tried one

Some peps have . I think you will find opinion is divided .

Mabie in America where fuels a bit hit and miss I’ve been on 50.1 been fine just use stihls high end oil mix

These saws use very close tolerances, far closer than Stihl can maintain in manufacturing so they run hotter and need far more oil to keep them running correctly.
