Yes and both worn differently, the first on the tip like it was chopping logs and hitting the ground occasionally and the other, ex WTC?,  on the opposite end. Could it have been mounted upside down at some time

On reflection 7lb probably larger than lumber jills would be issued with

Yes most likely because i don't require a splitting Axe! it's for Clearing branches off whacking wedge etc and not so clumsy as a felling axe!
Defo want it sharp then[emoji6]

Being a Calabrian design - it's perhaps not designed for chopping up wood...

Well Axe is Top notch has a nice ring to it in use also it's 1600gram not 1250g that turned up!

Did ring them to offer difference but said it was his mistake so not to worry and did offer to exchange so great Customer service.

So give them a look if need chopping kit plus they do other things i can post them up if anyone likes? Rutland area.

That’s a felling axe by the look of it. Hefty though , do you use it for splitting

Yeah use it for splitting,also when i,m hedging for easing down big pleachers
