Why do they still have this dreadful panel gap in their design? Looks terrible.

Just irks me. They've clearly made an effort to improve the design aesthetically, then they leave a bloody great gap in it.

 

To me the 395 is the best-looking saw ever made. It's why i have one at home purely for display. ?
