These old films are quite wonderful I saw a coloured and speed adjusted film that was well over one hundred years old from France showing a snowball fight.Really incredible to be able to look right back into time.

Lovely . Did you not see me at the corner shop getting a bag of spuds for my Gran ?  Still a jam up going into Thread Needle street after the bridge !

But I bet the air was vile with the exhaust fumes from the vehicles of that era.

Was the coal gas, for heating - vile stuff. Most smog came from that.  K
