Help.... Greenmech CS100 Drive Belt adjuster removal

I have a bent 'Drive Belt Tension Adjuster Bolt' on my Greenmech CS100 18hp .... Does anyone know how you can get the Drive Belt Tension Adjuster Bolt & Pulley Spindle Bolt (Link through each other) out of the enclosed frame work so that I can replace them both? Because it looks bolts are sealed within the frame work of the chipper body.

The  Adjuster Bolt is a M10 x 100 Eye Bolt (Part Number: 910100EB)
The Pulley Spindle Bolt is a M10 x 80mm (Part Number: 91080) that feeds through the Adjuster Bolt..

I wouldn't worry if it's bent, do the nuts still move easily enough along the thread?

No not really... The bits are only a couple of quid to replace... So might as well do it properly.. If I can find out how it comes apart

In that last picture, is that just basically a long bolt? I.e. can you see the head on the other side?

I'm not too sure but....I'm going for the 'axle' for the pulley has some thread on it and possibly some loctite?

The parts list, list it as a bolt. The only way I can see of removing it from a close look at the schematic diagrams, is it has to be pushed put into the chamber where the chipper drum is!
