So it isn't the 3/16 5/8 Giggling pin that fixes the two halfs of the laughing shaft together so they interface with the Wobbling grommet

Mmmm . Not considered that . Is that the one you adjust with a left handed digital wall papering mallet ?

Delrin.....I think you mean Polyoxymethylene, engineering plastic, used in the manufacture of keyboard keys and the black Delrin changes to white when laser etched. Also used in air rifle components....branded Delrin by Dupont and that's my knowledge finished!

Yep my Magazines on the Theoben are made from it.
