Chicken with Cashew curry. Proper authentic Indian recipe.

 

Note. Spoon purchased from a guy at last year's APF, carved from Alder I think he said. It's holding up very well considering it gets used almost on a daily basis.

Pheasant season is curry season so October or whenever that starts. Shakshuka with my tomatoes and my eggs earlier. Even put it on a clean plate to photograph for here but forgot before eating. 
 

Also still haven’t got round to trying that curry peds put me onto. Patiha? Will do when I have a dishwasher on the staff.

Shouldn't be, November is the start on most but late January and early February is better and cheaper

Yes. 1st November. Couldn't be bothered to check dates last time. We've got "partridge day" before that but that's just a walk with a bag of four pigeons.

My bad. I saw chillies and assumed the Shakshuka was curry of some sort. How were they, hot to you liking?

Nah. Weak. Fruity but weak. Not a curry but I do put cumin in it, which I gather is normal ish for the dish.
