Taken miself off for a couple of days to recharge the ole batteries

I’m not bad at cooking. I don’t do anything very complicated but I can make something out of nothing pretty reliably. I’ve noticed a few other forum members over the years seem to have some good ideas

That's harsh, I'd struggle with that.

 

Bread on crudités is an acceptable second best. Or baked potato.

Celery with a decent hummus, prefer hummus with a garlic bite!

 

Just done a chicken and bacon pasta bake with tagliatelle and carbonara sauce. Nice!

Im sure Rupe, where has that fella gone!? Had a good recipe for hummus.
