well that is not my experience in the NE of England. I just emailed an Indian born GP in Luton, an old friend. he is high up in the administrative hierarchy as well as a practicing GP. He is running a covid vaccination clinic. he says a lot of BAME patients are not taking up the vaccine, but not BAME drs,

You've answered your own question there I think.

""The study notes that doctors are the only staff group at the NHS trust in which minority ethnic individuals form the majority""

Which demographic groups in the UK do you suppose are most likely to hold religious beliefs?
Seems quite a simple answer to me.

Just because you disapprove of the message or indeed the messenger does not mean its not accurate.

BAME = most religious
Under-30s = biggest users of social media
Those in most deprived areas = most distrusting of authority.

Easy.

Easy.

So you are saying that BAME Doctors having witnessed first hand and knowing the true risks and consequences of catching covid  are choosing not to take the vaccine for religious reasons  and whatever they see on social media. What question did I ask that I apparently answered 🙄

but I am glad to see you are a Guardian reader and trust it's reporting:001_tt2:

Im fine when news outlets stick to facts and figures and not opinion pieces. Its good to get a broad spectrum of left and right bias to form a balanced view. I assume you do the same?
