You do have to wear them in restaurants when you are not seated.  What part of that is difficult to comprehend?

Its not difficult to understand, but its also not what you wrote the other day. I was just clarifying that.

7-14 days incubation period for the infection, 2 weeks for an immune response from the vaccine. First dose reduces severity of infection

See? Not very clear but thankfully you've since addressed that.  

 

You've since clarified that you only wear masks in restaurants at some ski-centers while walking about but this is not the case for all and the slopes on the West Coast dont seem to be implementing that and the shops you're referring to are in the Capital and do not represent Norway as a whole but are Oslo-centric?

So the first dose reduces the severity of the infection but only after two weeks?
