what happened to the Keep Britain Tidy campaign. I reckon those green bins need to be put back everywhere and fines should be shelled out by the dozen for those littering.

if working on a new build garden and find the builders have dumped all sorts of crap in the soil which now has made another job to get rid off and replace.is this technically fly tipping to dump it on there shared areas of the estate hidden under the trees ?

have been told don’t do it but surely it is not on to have to pay to take away several tons of the builders rubbish.not only that but alot of the subsoil was for some reason dumped concrete so had to smash it with a kango
