Well some justice at last,the guy who cut down 70 odd trees which included a large Redwood to make way for building some houses has been fined £300’000 and the tree surgeon find a further £120’000 guess he will be out of business as can’t see insurance paying up.Tree was worth around £66’000 but in reality irreplaceable.

Ah! I only scanned through it on BBC news page. Sounds about right for a developer.

 

Whilst its "only" money and whilst the fine can be built as a cost into the housing estate it'll continue to happen.

 

Stick the board of directors on hundreds and hundreds of hours community service instead....
