So .... plurality huh - LOL. I've actually got like 2 more that could be co-favorites. Guess this far in, I can add one more. This attachment was cut to half in the attachment process.

So many great photo ops at Hatfield, really enjoy my visits there.

 

 

 

 

 

Started to trawl, but have taken literally thousands of Tree shots this year, more than any other, and possibly all previous years put together. So gave up on that idea, will put an album on my profile when I've learnt how to time travel.

 

Put some thought as to one that sticks out, and a personel fave of mine was this one taken at Greenwich Park in London in October. It was taken during an Ancient Tree Forum meet discussing amongst other things, what impact the 2012 Olympic Equestrian trials will have on the remarkable Vets of that parkland.

Did anyone see the national geographic article oct 2009? with the super panoramic pull out? an image of a redwood, made up of 84 seperate images, it was awsome. national geographic rocks IMO:thumbup1:

Someday I may order the 6' high print they have available, if I move our office downstairs. I'd probably make my own frame to trip the cost.

 

I was curious about where they put the cameras. Got your magazine handy?

 

Unfold the fold-out and compare it to this. This is the side the cameras were on. The vertical sliver of view up through canopy is pretty darn small.
