Replacing tech-lite bar on battery Husky

God these tech-lite bars are made of cheese! Absolute rubbish.

 

Anyone got any ideas on what I can replace it with that might last a bit longer?

The original Husky low pro bar . Heavier but does not de laminate like the Techshite  . Or of course there are the 2 Jap offerings .

I put an Oregon bar on my t540 after the original bar came apart. It’s lasting ok but when that goes I’ll probably get a sugihara bar

Prolly this is the hardest wearing. Not used on my topper yet, only on 44. Lasting well so far

Mind it needs a different sprocket.  I like this bar and chain on the 2511 so thought I'd try on the husky

Have you lost much cutting speed with the pitch change? Would be nicer for pruning I bet.
Run a Sugi on a 540 and although the bar will probably last a life time the nose sprockets will not , got about 2 weeks from the original so although it’s a big outlay I would get a spare nose sprocket with a new bar just incase if you go sugi and then you could of brought 2-3 techlites.
