Just throw out a factoid, fwit, in the USA the wealthiest 20% of the population pay 80% of all tax. The top 1% of earners, individuals and corporations, pay 50% of all tax. Just makes one wonder about the rich paying their "fair share..."

You lot are cynical. What’s up with taking him at face value ie he means what’s he says? Very admirable when one admits when they are wrong. If I am ever wrong one day I hope to be able to admit it.

Why let the facts get in the way of a good story.

I can remember lads not doing overtime as they said all they would have earned as overtime would be taken off them as tax ffs

Yep I thought that - but then I thought instead of paying £8-£10k in accountancy and book keeping fees - I'll keep £2k to a year of that to then investigate their dodgy calculations. They wouldn't try it again - exactly what they do to us.

Bloody hell! 10k? Is that right?
Between myself and 2 partners we only pay 6k. Have you shopped around?
Easy to change. We are changing firms presently

I agree, and if he was being serious then its very admirable. But I'm sure he just had enough of me. :D

You cant state ''Why let the facts get in the way of a good story.'' then post a story with no factual basis. :D:D:D
