How much more do you think the slabs would have been worth of you left them with the live edge and how much wider would they have been?

Good question Andy,
As there wasn't much cut off, the value is almost the same.
However the desirability is affected,
If you want straight board you can trim it, if you want waney you'd look elsewhere.
So a bigger mill is in the planning stages.
Personally I prefer waney edge, but I'm warming to the resin river tables.
