The iveco also do a 5 ton version aswell i think ? Ive heard the mercedes sprinters are really bad for rotting and really scabby paint after a few years unless this is just the old ones?

Yes Sprinters can rust - my Iveco was bad too, tried to sort it but really needs engine out and treat the lot. Dailys 3.0 litre will tow 3.5ton, can be 3.5 or some upto 6.5 if you dont mind the paperwork

BigJ on here has a nice 4wd Sprinter, it could carry a 6inch tracked machine inside and tow a tipping trailer for logs/chip. I use Iveco tipper, good for 3.5ton tow, great traction on dry tarmac

just sold a iveco pick up cheap to get rid of it 210k on clock ran as sweet as a nut pulled like a train and body and chasis all good just needed space ,

Just been offered a mk6 transit tipper with 130k miles on the clock with 12 month mot £1500 just not sure what to go for heard the 2.4tdci has unreliable injectors and the tddi has a really bad fuel pump
