Hi all just a general enquiry.

I was just wondering what the going rate for a subcontractor groundsman is for working away from monday and back home friday

The groundsman will only need to bring him self and provide his own food

Accomodation and all kit and ppe is provided along with training.

Any thoughts?

Cheers

What would you say a reasonable amount is thanks

For the day rate or Marks drink intake.

£100-150 depends on abilities, duration and location of work. You say accommodation provided but are you including board?

We don't know what the training is.

It's a bit of a generalisation to say that anyone undertaking any training is unskilled.

And £60/day SE?

£60/day is minimum wage for PAYE.

150 is climber money. If training is being provided then they are obviously unskilled. £60 - £110 per day

Spoonz, would you work away from home all week for £60-£110/day?
