If you look closely they seem to be different bales so I'm guessing they weren't going to the same place. Looks like the the second driver was in a faster tractor and thought it would be a good idea to overtake on a sharp corner with a higher load...

Also consider WROmegasquared means even at the same speed the inner trailer undergoes higher centrifugal force

They are the same bales, loaded cross trailer on the first and lengthways on the second.

Stupid dangerous fools, they need prosecuting really as the cost of damage will be negligible (if it even falls to them to pay).

It's possible they're stacked on their sides or something but the second trailer is higher despite having the same 4 bales.

Hard to say unless you were in the situation but I wouldn't say the one on the outside was to blame. I think the one on the inside was to blame but it's easy to take the high ground from a random Internet forum.   :)

As Ratman said wheel up on roundabout set trailer to roll. Stacking of bale probably have nothing to do with going to different place if you look close at them driver of Case has no straps so thats why stacked across trailer and why Fendt swipes back ones of Case's trailer.

I would say same contractor/farmer from that.

HGV’s now have to have minimum of straps fitted to the load by law, think its 2 minimum [emoji848] front and back, and Scotlands laws are even more stringent than that! We have to strap every pallet at our gaff, so thats 10 straps front to back.
Strapping does make a difference but wont stop the inevitable due to “tit head drivers” abusing and exceeding the capabilities of their tools! In this case the tractors and their top heavy loads. Defo should be more involved tests and understanding given to young drivers, especially given the fact they are going to be towing immense weights like they do. Could quite easily have turned that load over including the tractor and landed on top of a motorist or a pedestrian, a member of our family even!!! Throw the chuffing book at em i say!!!!

A relatively minor temporary loss of memory in an otherwise flawless performance over many years and you want to tear the house down Mr Bolam....
