Hi all, I am currently treating a bit of knotweed at a site with only 1 way in and out, and I am having to walk over the contaminated ground.

Would you think it would be wise to put a load of hay down in a spot and soak it in distentfectent so I can did my wellington so in it once I leave the site

In this dry weather theres unlikely too be much mud stuck on soles of wellies that could have roots stuck in it for vegetative propagation.

Just make sure too clean any clods of soil off stuck if on bottom of boots & any tools etc if there is any before leaving site?

I think that would be contaminating the site , mate, Glyphosate does work and it's low dose, just a bloody faff to deal with , hence landowners *cough* ( Network Rail) *cough cough * usually don't bother ;) k

This ruling may change their mind..
