Ifor tipper is slow

Bought a new Ifor tipper just over 12 months ago, always thought it was a little slow both up and down but now seems to be taking longer to drop down. Any way of speeding it up?

Try flicking the switch a couple of times. Mine does that sometimes but the second press sees it dropping quicker.

Are you using the electronic button or the release valve?

Give it a charge, I fitted a solar panel which does help, but still keep topped up. With lowering press the lower button twice, that helps, also make sure the manual dial thingy is wound the right way and all the way, or use that dial to lower, see if it's still slow.

Grease pivot points may help. If still under warranty get dealer to look at it.

The ram can have rust issues behind the seals and this tightens the seals causing slow up and or down.

Strip clean and refit.
