MOT changes May 2018

My van went in last week, and failed on a broken leaf spring, took it back yesterday and got chatting to the tester he told me that if a vehicle goes in from the 20th that's had a remap/chipped it will be a fail. It'll be interesting to see what happens when the changes come in.

It will be.

Also I heard that examiner's have got to read a 900 odd page document on it.
