Could u set up a rigging pulley on the tree  your working on with a redirect pulley on the tree next too you ty ?

Obviously it might mean some branches being tagged lined to keep them out of the drink but at least you can take big sections

Yeah theres a couple of ways you could do it just depends where the best area to have the branches on the ground is.

Ideally you would rig the redirect over the desired drop zone although that might not be possible.

Is an adjustable speedline with a tag line an option?

Balance rigged with a tag line pulled in on winch like grcs or even a truck as long as you have a good groundy on the lowering end who knows when to give Slack and not cause to much pressure on rigging point.

Hard to say with out seeing pics but maybe rig off as much as your anchor point can take and tag line pieces out the wet? Then get in a boat to clean the bits n pieces out.

Simplest thing I can think of (without pics) is a tag line tied to the tip and a separate pulley and line tied to the butt of the piece. Gob at 3’oclock
(or 9) Guy on the tag line pulls the branch back in on itself , guy on the pulley line plays the line out to follow.
(If that makes sense I’ll be amazed!)
