Thats a proper bit of kit though- why cant they make one nowadays.....with the 4.8 diesel lump in it?

 

Id have been tempted but there's too much overhang behind the rear wheels, loaded it would be doing wheelies down the road

ive got a 1983 version of that ute,except mines deisel had it for nigh on 10 years.no mot in W oz.just dont let the rego run out!

its rough to drive not that fast but good in the bush and who cares if the paintwork gets scratched

a retired plumber in town has a 1969 model that still goes,you just cant kill a good toyota landcruiser:thumbup1:
