As an aside ive not long returned from working in northern Germany on a job that had a mix of Brits, Germans, Dutch and a few others and the one thing I did notice especially amongst the German guys most of whom were from the former east Germany was a strong feeling of disillusionment with the ruling political parties in particular the Germans towards Merkel and the immigration issues her open door policies have created,   be this  perceived or real it  was though  the grass roots working mans opinion I heard not my own.  I do not think the show of unity from the European leaders versus May is as strong as they would like to think, Merkel is in not exactly strong in Germany at the moment in particular and coalitions abound elsewhere.  Unsurprisingly most of the guys on site whatever the nationality though most of their own politicians were shit too for what its worth, not sure how they would fare if they were transformed into socket sets. Anyway facom who cares

I’d rather be a socket set than a spanner, corbyn can be a spanner and a very good spanner at that.

Maybe, but we know for sure that Theresa May and her government isn't doing our country too much good.

Neither is Corbyn and Keir, they are an opposition to be feared. Businesses are slowly getting behind what is happening, if Corbyn gets in labour admit they’ll have to use emergency measures to stabilise the pound from the shockwaves of them getting in. Hardly great either way.

She can barely maintain a majority in the house of commons.  It is clear to see that even her own cabinet dislike her.  I can't see how someone in that position can possibly walk into what are major political negotiations, without everyone knowing she's a busted flush.

That's not doing our country too much good.
