Yes it is. electric start my first chipper looking for a wheel lock for it anyone know if there available for that size wheel.

Yep as it's only a lynch pin holding the wheel on.....

I'm sure they don't do the smaller engine anymore..   can't think where I came across that but I do remember finding that out at one point...
