Timber prices

Just curious what everyone's buying in at this year. We're edging towards £60 a ton delivered not including Vat and it looks like it will go up a bit more although all the diseases recently could see it drop again.

£54-56 per ton delivered at the moment for decent sized sycamore/ash/beech/oak/birch
Paid £45 for one load earlier in the season. It was huge oversize stuff 30" plus mostly though so nobody wanted it obviously as it had been sat there a year! It's made some great logs so far!

Absolute bargain IMO. we don't advertise so only a few people actually know about it.
