I'm sure there are, and it's not an ideal situation. But I think that Human rights act does more good than harm

 

Fair enough, that's your opinion. However the UK has had human rights since the Magna Carta was signed in 1215...

I would say no it's not ok. I would not kick out Syrian refugees though as an example. But would that be classed as illegal immigration or refugee status?

 

Let's assume Syrians have a legitimate claim on refugee status.

 

Have you personally taken a Syrian refugee into your own home?
