Drove a new 1 when i worked at council was an 08 nice to drive but was always in workshop! probably down to how some folk was treating it :sneaky2:

Usually 15mile but 20 at a push

is it on 6 weekly inspections or longer? restricted O licence?

 

 

Will do. We have an ops licence and it will have to have its six weekly checks.

No need for a CPC though.

Why 6 weeks? If it's a restricted licence you can have up to 13 week inspection

Think it comes down to the milage you do.

Yeah it does but on a restricted o it's a max off 100k from Base so in this game just going to a job and back or possibly 2 your milage should be fairly low.

There's no restriction of mileage from base on a restricted license, that's part of some obscure tacho exemption for own goods on a 7.5t. Inspections negotiated on a individual basis depending on mileage, type of work, and compliance record etc

I thought that had changed. If your vehicle is 12 years or older a maximum of 6 weeks is recommended?
