Afternoon all,

I understand for some this is a personal thing so feel free not to answer it if you don't want too.

I've spent the last hour working out all of overheads, including fixed monthly overheads, yearly overheads etc.

Also worked out average wage bills etc.

Now, it's coming in at £108 per day (before anyone's wages) to run the company. Seems quite a lot to me.

We are only a small outfit with Iveco tipper truck, Forst chipper etc. 95% domestic work.

What do you all think? I would appreciate your feedback, opinions and if how much your business outgoings are, as above if you feel comfortable.

Cheers

Depends how many days you work per year?

Are you counting asset depreciation? I find assets are written down hard on the books and then when you sell them you get back more than the book value and have to pay tax on it so actual expense is not as high as it would appear sometimes.
