Ten minutes on the naughty step!

It's not called 'the naughty step' anymore, it's called 'time out'.

It's fairly well proven that if you call a child 'naughty' they will come to accept that is what/who they are....

Time out is one minute for each year. In this case that would be a total of 13 and 3/4 minutes (assuming they don't move from the time out spot).

cheers, steve

er dunno never been on those two, but i guess if it takes up mod time and people are falling out over it then yes.

At least give them a try before advocating their removal. There are only really 2 things in life that you shouldn't try at least once; incest and country dancing. :001_smile:

Guys, as a libertine 58 year old, I am well past being offended by such petty behavouir.

More amused that a mod could be so easily offended as to ban me for a week for my reply to his pm. being ; "ok my Precious:001_rolleyes:"

his pm concernng my negative comment about that odious individual Bercow.

Who, (& to be clear, I refer to Bercow) actually on reflection, lacks the depth or warmth to be a proper C**T.

Cheers,

Marcus

PS

we took the same line with our children to their "thats not fair", i.e. tough, that life, so suck it up:001_tt2:

PPS

see you in about a month!

If members can't (or choose not to) adhere to what are a simple and fair set of rules then to be honest they would be better off finding a web forum that doesn't have the same standards as this site.

Not aimed at any one individual, but all those that make our moderator volunteered time less tolerable than it should be.
