Wow. I bet the council are throwing the blame on this one all over the office.

I don't get if the trees were surveyed and were deemed unsafe why no action was taken?

I think that slab is for under the compost bin.

The Council ignored a free expert opinion, who was it from "Cheeky Jimmy Cranky"?

Apparently, she didn't like the outcome and recommendations and wanted a second opinion before the economy, Er, tree, came crashing down!
