Got beat to it, was about to say give bc190 ago, that machine is a beast, had a demo on a big conifer job I tried my hardest to break it (sorry Vermeer uk) put the biggest stuff 3 lads could lift into it and was like it was laughing at us [emoji15], and the throw on it is great that would load any vehicle, only reason I haven't gone for 1 is the 2 new trucks cost me too much [emoji19].

Had a st6, and have a st8. Excellent performance on both.....however I would not consider keeping either beyond the 3 year warranty period. Traded st6 and bought Vermeer bc190. Performance is beyond st8 and build quality is in a different league.

Out of all the machines mentioned I would get a bandit 90 and have done with it for 20 years!

Or one of the low hour recon 150ld's that Global get in periodically. Brilliant value and they are just in another league when it comes to chipping capacity, through put and build quality.

Definately Ian - those yanks built a beast and it cannot be beaten for longevity or rebuild - only reason not to have one is they are harder / larger to reverse than smaller chippers - a good , welll maintained Bandit will make you money hand over fist . K
