Yeah, but earplugs get knocked out or dropped when you're climbing and safety specs are made to the same head measurements as helmets so they slide off your face... I know people wear that combo through preference, but it's more convenient to have all elements attached to the helmet IMO

Mesh goggles are available with a strap round the back of the head and if you knock your earplugs out you didn't put them in properly. We can pick fault with any solution and if the conventional methods don't work then you have to find something that does.

Alternatively: find a rock climbing helmet that fits (lots more choice) and fit the adaptor kit that goes on the stein helmets. It does mean drilling a small hole for the bolt but in my risk assessment the benefits outweigh the risk.

Then you can fit normal muffs and visor to whatever helmet you choose.

Ive never had earplugs fall out when im climbing...ever..and ive tried several types and brands.

Good qualiry earplugs are better protection than eardefenders,as said above safety specs come in all types with different attachments, neck bands or longer legs over your ears so they dont fall off when u look down.

You might have to accept that convenience aint gonna do it for you and your gonna have to shop around, trial and error to get what you need.

No one said being a little person was easy....

I say this too my wife a lot when shopping for jeans...
