Pathetic workrate of rail arb gang

There is talk in the future of bringing back British Rail to be our national train company again, but without all their shortcomings.

Kevin will then be proved right with our eastern european friends doing in a day what now takes a fortnight.

The days of the cushy number will be but a distant memory.

Oh dont worry I run my show too, I focus on demestic work but only work afthenoons, having a side line on the rail just gives me masssive employing power so I can keep a full team in full time work with no stress paid on the dot every month

Then my own work runs at almost 90% profit as rail takes care of everything, so I'll keep on suffering "money for old rope" plus my guys love the bounce money

Na turn up late & go home early with a visit to cafe in between onles we're in the middle of no where then we take the welfare van

I'm going to ask our director if we can buy a brand new welfare van....

£30k for a work van... for not working in. (But, don't worry, it'll get plenty of use!)

I can just see his face now...😂🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I might just add I'm the SPC "site person in charge" also the PWT TH & EH "protecting workers on the track days n nights" and also T002/3 witch is a Track Handback so this little lot nets a Hanson shift rate just on its own and I'm not allowed to work it would get frowned on

You don't need a 30k van my one owes me £2500 but earns £60 a shift 1st job out was 9 months hire and it stayed on site for six months without turning a wheel

It's money for old rope

Think it's bad now it used even better the rains have been pulled in a bit over last few years

Out of curiosity, how many of your lads can fit on the front seat of a transit?

When I first started subbing to a Water Authourity, through another company, one of my jobs was to meet/escort the lecy board onto sites. It worked well when the lecy Man turned up. Many days I sat for a few hours with no-shows, I'd ring the scheduling centre and ask to be sent onto another job......... Most days I was sent home!

It's not always as it seems.
