I'd rather be my own boss earning £1500 as week working my socks off than filling all those forms in. It's just like when the miner used to moan about closures. Be careful guys you might get replaced by some Romanian arborists......

Own boss earning 1500 a week sorry mate my formans on a grand a week lol

What's bounce money?

I would've thought it would apply more to the next level up; give me work and I'll bounce you some back. I'm guessing in this situation it's 'work slow enough to get the day rate and I'll pay you more', which again is endemic amongst all levels of management in more or less obvious ways..

Sometimes we get price work or we get a job that's say 20 shifts so if we get it done 10 days we've had double bubble

Turned up to a job in December and it had already been done so we just went home and had 5 shifts each out it

Don't get me wrong some jobs you can come undone on but then it's swings & roundabout,s

We quite often pick up work from houses backing on to the rail so that's also a nice bit of bounce

A few months ago I got paid to move 40 tonne of hard wood from site stuff

Trouble is it ant bullshit I take offence to that comment

Well take yourself into a quiet corner of yr welfare van and dry your eyes...

Hopefully it won't upset your ability to do nothing on your next shift.

Frankly, most of what you've gloated about I find sickening and I'm sure the long suffering fair paying public that incur annual fair rises and Internationally renowned PPoor service from the rail networks would be similarly appalled by the insight you have provided into the uncontrolled operating costs which must be a significant factor in the annual fair rises.
