I know some on here live/work in these countries and assume are aware there is a severe storm due from 16.00hrs TODAY until 06.00hrs TUESDAY.

Waves on the coast around 26 metres and inland winds with gusts in some areas of 40m/s :001_rolleyes::001_rolleyes:

Snowing hard here but sunshine and little wind. Main roads closed across the mountains. Police advise keep inside.

Sharpen those saws and batten down the hatches.

Good luck, hope your not hit too bad.

We had a couple pretty tame storms forecast, fortunately they turned out to be pretty much nothing around here.

Rough Night. Little Sleep. We and the animals (Shires/Clydesdales/German Shepherds) are pleased to be alive this morning.

Damage here is a few curved ridge tiles and the chimney cowl. Much tree debris around and thousands of Spruce needles on the snow.

On the mountain tourism centre at 1340 MOH (metres above sealevel) it recorded wind speeds of 170KLMS/HR (106 MPH)

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
