I ordered some stuff from Rob and I mentioned a few past problems with Sugi bars. He apologised but it's not his fault so no big deal.

Anyway, my package arrived and it was stuffed with extras.

Along with good advice and a speedy delivery, this makes this the best service anywhere, ever.

Yeah it's awful. Never get to dress my sugihara bars as never burrs and the free combi tool is still in daily use after 18 months. Not impressed

Well I just posted a sugi bar back. I would just be happy with a replacement bar as it has taken me an age to get it posted- mind you I can't think for the life of me where I have put the chain... probably in a safe place
